Refund Policy


we hand pour all our wax melts and candles, package them in house with lots of love and care so we hope your orders arrive with you in excellent condition and you love your items!

If for any reason your items arrive with you damaged or faulty, please get in touch asap to let us know at with your order number, the fault of the product and photo evidence

 so we can deal with any issues quickly. Breakages to items during transit does not count as faulty, this is unavoidable. Messages on social media may take longer to reply to. If we require you to return the product back to us for further inspection and do find a fault with the product we will of course reimburse your postage costs ( please keep your postage receipt to be reimbursed ).


Please report any order issues to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel, we will be in touch

within 2 working day.

Unfortunately we are unable to process returns or exchanges if you change your mind on a fragrance,


either on receipt of the wax melts or once they have been burned.
